Nancy Brewer is a 1992 graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, in Washington, D.C., having also studied law at the University of Michigan Law School, Ann Arbor, Michigan. She was a Dean's List student at Georgetown, and received the American Jurisprudence Award for Excellence in Trial Practice in 1992. Ms. Brewer has practiced law for over fifteen years and is admitted to practice in Michigan, West Virginia, District of Columbia, North Carolina, and Maryland, and in various U.S. District Courts and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Ms. Brewer has successfully prosecuted appeals in the area of employment before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Since joining The Zipin Law Firm, LLC, Ms. Brewer has worked predominantly on employment law matters and overtime cases.
